Anita is passionate about coaching, performance driven and hard working Coach with proven track record. Her experience as a Senior Coaching Facilitator, Executive Coach, On-site and Online Certified International Mentor Coach, Researcher in Health Coaching, Life and Wellness Coach, Guest Mentor for Doctoral Candidate at University of Indonesia. She began her coaching career as a Coordinator for Coaches and being an Associates coach at Vanaya coaching Institute. Anita has been coaching professionally since 2013. Her mission is to support and further empower coaches, facilitators, leaders and change-makers who are “holding space” for the development of others. She has worked with “C” level executive, educational, Institutions, Government, Corporation, and other exceptional people wanting transformational results. She specializes in tailor-made training, coaching and facilitation programs and services. Prior to coaching more than 10 years of international experience working in the field of management and Internal audit. She is known for her inspiring energy, engaging clarity and grounded approach as a trainer, facilitator, mentor and coach.
